Craneage is reduced as the element lifted into place includes all form work faces plus a prefabricated reinforcement cage.
CTS uses conventional coil ties plus metal stiffeners to create a shutter typically 2400mm to 3500mm wide. The prefabricated reinforcement cage is attached within the formed element.

Limiting the panel length to 3.5m allows panels to be loaded flat and with a wide load permit can be economically transported on our 9m rigid.

Assuming F17mm by 17mm thick formply is supplied by the customer and returned for multiple uses an ex-factory price of $69/m2 applies for simple and repetitive projects. Customer supplied reinforcement is fabricated into cages at pricing similar to on-site fixing rates.
