Walls are typically up to 4m long and 4m high to allow for vertical transport

Lift shaft walls would be typically one element whereas a stair shaft wall would consist of two parts to limit transport length.

Walls on boundaries or with difficult access would use the permanent metal T-Clip system on the outside face and the inside face would use the “Off-Form” system.

Internal walls would use the “Off-Form” system on both faces.

Similar to columns the permanent or reusable formwork is attached using a patented plastic clip to the prefabricated reinforcement cage.

Long walls are simply made up of a series of walls around 3m long with horizontal lap bars at the site join.

There is no problem to include ligatures to comply with AS3600, 2018.
