COLUMNS

Ozwall columns are designed to replace site forming and fabrication of conventional column cages. The form ply box is attached to the welded cage. The CTS formwork is preferred unless access is restricted.

The complete unit is lifted by the column cage and either dropped through a pre-cut opening in the formed deck or pre-installed with light-duty props.

The column can be installed and poured the same day.

After pouring the simple and quick removal of coil tie bolts allows the form-ply to be removed and used elsewhere on-site or recycled back to our factory for construction of more columns.
